Below are the 3 most common barrel lengths we build. We are able to use other dimensions as well.

EA M4 11.5"
The 11.5 to us is the ideal Length due to its versatility with the end user and setup. To dive deeper into function, it offers a longer dwell time, which can lead to improved reliability, softer shooting, and better velocity and ballistic performance. The extra inch provides more time for the gas to act on the bolt carrier group, making it less sensitive to ammo variations, dirt, or temperature changes
-

EA M4 14.5
A 14.5-inch barrel is better for increased velocity and range, making it more effective for engaging targets at longer distances, while an 11.5-inch barrel is superior for maneuverability and close-quarters situations due to its shorter length. The 14.5-inch barrel provides better ballistic performance for certain rounds like 5.56mm

EA M4 16"
The basic idea behind a 16-inch AR-15 is to provide a versatile, general-purpose semi-automatic rifle that balances legal compliance, maneuverability, and effective ballistic performance for a wide range of shooting applications.
